A: A: Deny yourself, live for His image rather than your own, and let your light shine before men by overcoming evil with good and manifesting His truth in every situation.

A: A: The goal is not just going to heaven, but restoring intimacy with the Father in a way that transforms your life and manifests God's image in you.
Love and Forgiveness

A: A: If you don't love, you don't know God; true love doesn't seek its own or keep account of wrongs done, so living in unforgiveness or anger means you're living for yourself, not Him.

A: A: Recognize that love takes no account of a suffered wrong; pursue Christ and let go of petty issues by actively choosing to forgive and not keeping score of offenses.

His opening had me thinking. There's definitely truth to that but that's the opposite from what ive experienced. He's a pastor so people's answers are probably going to be more raw and focused on what's hurting. How I've grown up is people come to church and put on their smiles & best clothes like a club. Ask people & it's always GREAT so BLESSED!!! There's a balance. I would like to see and also be someone who is authentic, relatable, and transparent. Sometimes I'm feeling the best but sometimes I'm not. If you ask me how is God doing & how's your relationship that's always wonderful, im so grateful, humbled, walking in grace. That's who I am. There's a time to share "emotional struggles" for a lack of better words.
