Coffee Chat W/h Me: BA Is Making Me So Sad • Self-Care Strategies • Looking For work • Episode One

Welcome to my latest honest video for KZbin. In this video, I'll be talking honestly for twenty minutes maximum about life updates about my Bachelor Degree of Early Childhood Education and Care, my Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication, and my ambitions to become a volunteer and paid mental health peer support worker practitioner. As well, I talk about autistic grief when I mention my former pet rabbit, Fran-Fran. I also talk about mental health strategies that are positive that are sprinkled throughout the video.
Just a CW/TW: autistic-specific grief around remembering Francis, who passed away about two years ago. Also, potentially triggering emotions could be general anxiety, depression and hopelessness that come with my study experience of my Bachelor. Overall, I tried not to be too negative because then my video will be more of a rant and dumping my issues on my followers rather than being constructive and helpful.
My next video is planned for the 20th of September, so two weeks from now. I'm just letting you know. I need to practice self-care so I'm not as active as I'll like to be on social media. But, it's something I'll continue to do for some time longer.
