It's great to get to know the lads with videos like this.

Love the media stuff the club has been doing recently, lets fans feel closer to the team. Also open conversations about mental health are always beneficial to not just the players but fans also. Keep it up and COYR.

Just started the content but it's a great thing for us to do. If this can help one person talk to someone, then it was worth while

Honestly amazing video. 100% hard to open up about mental health but really good message to put out there from the lads and the team. Love our forest community and how we all come together as one from strangers to sometimes long time friends. Much love for this club and the team.

Great video Forest. This is valuable content, even if it's only effect is to create a closer bond with the team by understanding and treating the players as normal human beings.

What this has hi lighted for me is how important it is not to vent your frustration as a fan on the players , regardless if they’ve made a mistake. Everyone in life thrives and excels when given positive encouragement.

That was a fantastic video and well done Forest for putting this out. It might not be possible but i'd love a similar MH chat with Nuno. The pressures of relegation and the constant talk of sacking when a few games haven't gone well. Also the MH situation when we was a player and what the whole situation is like in Portugal. Also how does he help the players gel etc

So good to see players from the team I have always supported since before the Brian Clough years talk about mental health. I lost my brother to mental health through suicide and witnessing the Hillsborough disaster, close up, was partly the cause of this. And one thing he enjoyed before and after the disaster was supporting forest. I remember me and him going to a community centre as junior reds and holding the European, Div one trophy and league cups such good memories but then so sad to lose him. This was especially true as we had grown apart, so I always feel guilty as I couldn’t deal with mental heath and wished I’d helped more. I would now for sure. It’s so important these guys are open about this as money and fame do not keep the daemons away. Good luck to all of you and go and stuff Burnley today for my bro. Look after.yourselves too.❤

It really annoys me when our own supporters, seem to be a lot harsher critics, on the home grown lads , for instance Yates, Brennan, Joe , always seem to come in for more stick, i don't get it , if someone is giving you everything, why would you criticise that , it's never helpful ...

It hurts me too Sally when I see or hear our own fans calling out our own home grown players as such a thing is never nice to hear and I just can't understand why our fans in particular think it is alright to do it! I am certain they wouldn't like it if it were them on the receiving side of such nasty comments so why think it's ok for them to do it to someone else??? If you can't think of anything positive to say on social media, it would be far better just to say nothing at all, I mean I should know myself as I have had my own struggles with mental health too! Our fans need to get behind our lads and be kinder to them too, especially the home grown players who are also Forest Fans themselves as they feel the hurt even more, but especially if they find they are also being criticised too as it hurts them even more! Back them or lose them as it can be a toxic place for our lads to work in after a bad result, especially if a mistake has been made! At the end of the day, our Captain Fantastic has played so hard and worked so hard out there on the pitch, he has put in his all every single match and never takes it easy, you can see just how much effort he puts in to every single match and how happy he is when we win, yet how crestfallen he is and you can see it written all over his face, so why then go on Social Media and kick him when he is down? He knows the feeling as he is also a True Forest Fan too so he is feeling it from all sides. Get behind our lads, don't kick them and put them down as I'm absolutely certain that if you were in their place you wouldn't like it so why do it yourself?be kind to them and you never know, it might have a good effect on them and results might just start to turn around for us next season. Positivity and positive thinking begets positive results and also creates a nicer working atmosphere for all the players too. Just look how the Burnley fans reacted to Chris Wood at he end when he was withdrawn, they almost to a man clapped him despite the fact he had single handedly beaten them with his goals, now that is class! Also look how well the Luton players were treated by their fans too, despite them being relegated yet more class, whereas what have our fans done when we are beaten, they boo! This has the opposite effect on the players and is very negative, we need to get behind our team next season no matter how the results go and you never know, we may just get the best results yet and stay up with months to go, now wouldn't that be nice and something positive to cheer! Come on you Reds and Forest Fans alike, get behind Yatesy and the other lads who will be at the club again next season and show them just what they really mean to you and in the words of Patrick Swayze from 'Road House' if you can't be helpful, at least "Be Nice" as there is never a time when being horrible to someone will have a positive outcome, life and mental health don't work that way! Positivity begets Positive Outcomes so 'Just Be Nice'! If you can't think of anything nice to say on here about the team and the players, then just say nothing at all! The lads will appreciate it more as they know how bad you will all be feeling as they will be feeling just the same themselves. Yatesy leaves it all out on the Pitch every single time he plays for us and we need to get behind him more, not getting at him! Don't forget, he is also a Forest Fan so is hurting doubly! He is so proud to pull on that shirt every time he plays and deserves our backing every time he does so, especially as he is also our Captain and a true leader out there on the pitch as he does a great job of marshalling his troops too! He works so hard every game remember which is just what we all ask of him and he does it without fear, he reminds me of how Stuart Pearce used to be, all that aggression and wearing his heart on his sleeve. He never puts in less than 100% effort so by calling him, all you do is have a negative effect on the team. ❤️Come On You Reds ❤️ Forest Till I Die ❤️

Don’t follow social media just stay within the club as people out there will never know what your going through, luckily for me I work in network security for businesses so for security reasons I have a very low social media footprint. There’s enough of you in friends and family to motivate you all.
