I love the little ceramic Village buildings, Gina. They look so nice the way you've decided to display them on your table in a tray! I was many years ago a caregiver for any elderly woman who had an entire village that she had collected over the years. It was massive and gorgeous. Far too much for me personally. (I live in a small cottage house) But it was set up during the holidays all over her house, even in the basement! Right now, I still have my little light up ceramics Pumpkins on the mantle and that will last until after Thanksgiving. But now I am thinking; Ceramic+ houses and buildings would look amazing for Winter Decor. I am going out shopping on this dreary day, plus making a stop at Goodwill. I cannot wait to see your village. We have not taken a single step towards decorating. I have been watching others set up their villages and it seems that they have gone astray from the traditional Christmas colors. I see more pastels than in past years. I am not sure I like it. I like old fashion Christmas decorations ❤

I've seen the pastels as well. Also turquoise colors. I'm not a big fan. I like the traditional colors too.

Hi, so happy I came across your channel. I too love the little ceramic houses. We (daughter and I) found some at Targets dollar spot. They were pastel colored with lights for $3. It was a wonderful find. They had 5 different kinds and I was able to get one of each. I have mixed them with my white ones I got from Hobby Lobby at the end of last year. I adore these little villages. Your tray idea was really good. I am going to do the same thing. Thanks for the idea. I do love doll houses and have made a couple many years ago. Still have them set up. I would love to build another one but my hands are not good anymore, and there is no room for another one. However I do change them around and dust them out. Maybe I will decorate them for Christmas this year. Perhaps that will be a new project for me. Enjoy your Thanksgiving.

I have so many Holly trees , dogs, cats and hens,. All since 1978. . None of them are interested in Holy berries. just the wild birds. No worries your bush may grow back from the roots, Mine do.
