I used on Jura x8, fine setting and was drippig slow, but coffee was very smooth flavour. I used corse, and was easy flow and taste was much stronger.

Yes it’s possible there a my factories that can lead to change of the extraction like if you using old coffee it runs fast but still taste good and same fresh coffee it may drip slow because it have not degassed much

How do you calibrate that big size and change to small size

By adjusting on the grinder from coarser side to fine side you can see the numbers the higher the number the bigger the particles and lower the number smaller the particles

@@Derothebarista tried coarse but that's too weak. Still refining my grinding technique, using both reusable and paper filter until I figure it out. Like putting in a new header, you have to do it a couple of times to really understand it. Headers are actually easier.
