Very delicious and easy to make coffee dessert that requires only few simple and readily available ingredients. This no bake, gelatine free dessert will surprise your family and friends. If you like coffee you should absolutely try this dessert and I'm sure you will love it so much that you will make it every week! This simple dessert is perfect dessert table idea and can be used for cakes, cupcakes, as a layered dessert in cups or as a dessert on its own.
RECIPE:
makes 3 x 250ml cups
1 tbsp instant coffee
50ml (1/4 cup) hot milk
20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
2 tbsp sugar
200ml (3/4 cup) cold milk
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
2 tbsp sugar
