Coffee tasting in Ubud

Dukuh sari is a restaurant & coffee spot, located in the tegallalang village area. While I did not try the food the coffee is very tasty and delicious, accompanied by beautiful view of rice fields and Jungle, makes dukuh sari coffee & eatery a very enjoyable place to visit.
The coffee I’m drinking today is called Kopi luwak. This coffee is a type of coffee made from coffee beans that have been partially digested and excreted by civets, which are cat-like creatures that eat fruit, insects, and reptiles. The beans are cleaned, handpicked from the poop, washed, dried, and roasted before being ground into coffee.
