Oh ya,certain Indicas help with concentration & helping focus the mind…think meditation strains,lol Also you can paint then while its drying get other stuff done to help save time,and you can make your time with your kid(s?) an EVENING affair like a campfire s’mores night with hotdogs over the fire instead of a Burger King picnic during the daytime, that way you can use your daylight hours to get yard work done…or BOARD GAMES in the evening together with snacks and hot cocoa at night before bedtime so you have the day time hours for stuff you need light for…running errands,yard stuff,housework,etc… Honestly, there are ALWAYS OPTIONS,maybe not always great ones, but options are there…get creative,you got this!! Byw, are you in California by any chance?? If so, there are way better legal pot shops in LA…and Hollyweird and Pasadena,etc… take a day trip to visit some shops this way and I’m SURE you can get the strain that works best for your needs.🎶💚✌🏻

Alcohol will never help,but weed MIGHT!! It actually helps with nausea , headaches,epilepsy, in slowing the growth of cancer cells, anxiety,stress,panic attacks,aches &pains,arthritis,and many other things…its very beneficial in helping a wide variety of ailments.Alcohol only makes people sloppy, forgetful,& messes up thing waay worse. I don’t think your problem is addiction really, but more that you have too many things to handle at once, and it seems impossible and overwhelming.Try and remember that weed can help you see things from a different perspective or help you ponder a solution you didn’t think of before.you might get the munchies or relax a little bit too much, but at least you won’t do anything crazy or outlandish that could makes a bad situation worse like you probably would if drinking alcohol. You have only ONE of YOU, there is only so much one person can accomplish or do in a day.take it easy on yourself, show yourself some grace and take some PERSONAL TIME for yourself to regroup and then come back to things once you’re in a better head space. Seriously,dude i can FEEL your stress THROUGH the screen,lol. Chill,deep breath,take a toke and hold the hit for 10 seconds, then exhale SLOWLY,repeat until calm then tackle all the small things first, then the harder things one thing at a time, and then the BIG things do last but AFTER you take another smoke break first.no need to tackle everything at once,one thing at a time. You can do this!! You are really smart and you seem to handle things well most the time, this is just a passing moment where life just piles on too much at once.weed dude!!! Seriously, and a break from the fam for a minute.a moment to yourself to regroup and chillax. Setting a good example for the kids is great,but also EXHAUSTING!!! That in itself can play a HUGE part in your stress and anxiety. A moment to just let yourself be YOU without having to be a good example or keep a happy face…to let yourself feel WHATEVER you feel, right or wrong, then after you acknowledge those feelings set them aside and put things in an order that helps you stay centered and calm. That always helps chaotic situations & emotions. Let yourself FEEL your feelings without judgement and expectations, OWN your emotions & thoughts then show them your in control by TAKING control. Form a mental plan then take action once your in a better place and your calm. Weed HELPS!!! Its not a CURE its a MEDICATION …it HELPS, but you still have to do the work.
