Hey mate, awesome videos. Outstanding work. You might have answered someone this same questions, how do you know your grey water tank is getting full? Is it visible somewhere? cheers

Do you wish you had gone with bigger sinks? Or just one big sink? Do you have to have 3 for health code reasons?

Great video! I have a question: For plumbing your espresso machine underneath, did you pipe the hose straight into a fresh water tank directly as the machine pumps it up? Or is there also an external water pump connected from Water + Pump + Espresso Machine? Thank you

Hey David, so the plumbing chain goes like this… starts from the fresh water tank then goes to the pump, then to an accumulator tank, then to the sinks, then to the rinser, then to the water filter, then espresso machine, then the 2nd accumulator tank, then to the coffee brewer. All one line!

I found this video helpful. I never thought about adding the spouts to the drain pipes, which I will be adding now. Two questions, 1) Does your code allow you to drain from your pitcher rinser into your grey water tank without a grease trap (due to the milk) 2) Is that tile on your wall or some kind of vinyl sheet? I think it looks great and am looking for something similar. Thanks!

Hey there! We never had any kind of codes that we had to follow about grease traps. Therefore we do not have grease traps and we are totally fine with the health department. The tile you see is peel and stick. It’s 12”x12” squares that just stick to the wall

Very good informative videos. Quick question: With your coffee Brew and espresso machine do you only have one water source/water tank for both?

Where do you fill up your fresh water tank? and do you think 40 gallons is enough or do you wish you would have gone bigger?
@jojosespresso9264
@jojosespresso9264 3 жыл бұрын
I fill it with city water from a hose. I have a filter on the trailer that goes to espresso and coffee maker. 40 gallons is suffice. We do 4-5 hour shifts and I have never run out of water. Even on days when the line is non stop.
