I love that more people, you ladies included, are talking more about being contented in singleness. I'm 22 and my husband is 24 and we have been married for 4 years (I was 18, he was 20) and we have been together since I was 15. And of course, I love him and love being married and praise God for it and don't regret getting married so young. We were both pretty mature for our age and were ready for it. But I remember being SO discontented with being single before I was with my husband. And I was 14! Thats crazy to me that way back then when I was so young I thought I had no worth or value if I was single. And though I would not ever change my life and story, I do wish that my MINDSET would have been different during those years. That I would have spent more time in my day focusing on the LORD than on waiting for God to give me a husband / pursuing boys and thinking every guy I met was my potential husband. I just think its so important to let those around us know that a season of singleness is not a wasted season, and there are so many areas of opportunity to bear much fruit that are not better or worse or more or less, but different than when you are married/engaged. Just so thankful for all your content and the way y'all talk about singleness!

I think it’s wise to wait until the engagement to show your boyfriend on KZbin. One the one hand as you said what if you break up? But on the other hand I think it’s also better for the relationship itself because it’s less pressure as if thousands of people would have opinions on your relationship.💛 I had a breakup last year and am still thanking God that I haven’t posted any pictures of the two of us on instagram.

I'm from in the Caribbean...we literally just use our hands and mouth to eat our mangoes. We dont cut it with knives or what not...and that's the best way to enjoy it...there's a painting with a little kid eating a mango and it is spot on. I'll send you on Instagram 😂😂

I'm a sensitive person as well, and I didn't wanted to admit it but thought that something was going wrong with me. I'm the one in my family that will cry if you say anything a bit rude or if somebody if arguing with others. I felt odd in my family because I felt things stronger and deeper than the rest, which makes me susceptible to mood swings and depression. When I realize it, it made so much sense and now at least I know what to do know.

I am very sensitive person too... Based on some things that happend when I was at high school 2 years ago (not sure whether I would consider it bullying but some bad things happend to me) it is really hard for me to trust people... Including people in my church... I allways think that they are judging me but there is no reason why they should judge me. Love the video think it's great. You aren't going to get any boys until you start talking to boys. Sounds like both of you girls ready mingle, respectfullyand appropriately so. Tip bake cookies and invite, soup, even coffee. Love the mango story I'm the same way with the mango, mango scarfs are awesome. As far as seeing someone, I would say 3 to 6 months. Engagement-6 months to a year after completing School. After school 1-2 years then married to rule out temptation. That's just how it's Baptist do things. Courtship we spend a lot of time with their significant other getting to know one another spiritually. Because we're nosy of course we want to hear about you dating but at the same time you have to protect your space. I wouldn't share until God confirms that that's the person I'm going to be with until death do us apart. You could share your courtship experience so that others could know what intentional dating looks like and tips on having a meaningful relationship once ya'll be in the relationship for a good while.
