His wife, First Lady Karen Clark-Sheard gave a testimony last night about Bishop's episode..and she stated "He ain't have no stroke!" He was dehydrated from consecrating. She went on to say "That's what some of y'all need to be doing before ministering!" She said she got to him to lay hands on him, and he said "I'm gonna be fine!" The devil tried and he failed!! We are victorious!! Dorinda has fainted after she's preached before as well...but it happens when she goes to the back room...and people have to pray strength back into you. People don't understand when you preach so hard and heavy under the anointing, you are in the spirit, but when you come back down, you are in the natural. You will be tired and that's when the enemy tries to attack. I always pray that God protect BEFORE, DURING and AFTER preaching!!

Yeah, some that was true, but preachers need to learn how protect themselves. Especially in this day and time. There is a lot of witchcraft and demonic projections that go out at preachers very much. The UPDATE from tonight's service by both Presiding Bishop Charles Blake and General Board Member Bishop Brandon Porter is that Bishop J. Drew Sheard is doing good thanks be to God. He did collapse after preaching due to dehydration. The doctors in the hospital said that all of his vitals were very good and that he was very dehydrated. He did not attend the evening service, but was resting under the doctors orders.

I think sister Kimberly said that because Bishop Porter said the Bishops are fasting and praying, I don't think she meant any harm by her comment. But yes we are all praying God heals his body.

Kimberly E Davis I don't know that fasting is the reason or the only reason behind the dehydration. I heard bishop mason used to fast months at a time. Also, my father is a pastor who fasts constantly especially on Sundays before he preaches (and advises the church to do the same according to the scripture and what bishop mason gave the church) and he hasn't fainted after messages and altar calls that turned into hour(s) long tarrying services. besides, they usually give them water to drink while they are preaching.....I think the devil is really working to disrupt the convocation....if I may give my opinion
