I have a bachelor of science in psychology and a recent masters in mental health. However I don’t have clinical or counselling experience. What path can I take to become a CBTherapist?

How long it takes to be a CBT therapist knowing that I have a medical degree but I am not registered in the uk yet and I want to have this directions?

Facts are - if you don't work for the NHS, Are not a PWP, Asian with a 1st class degree in psychology that you got by outsourcing your essays to China, aged under 40 and have a Dr or consultant for a parent, you will never get a job as a trainee CBT therapist in the UK.
