Hi Mario, thanks for your comment! I'm pleased you liked the video! I've just checked my notes I made for this video and I didn't not down the full titles of the papers... But I should still have the papers saved on my computer, so I'll have a check and if I find them I'll let you know here.

Is that ok i use paythagoras method of memory to use as esi exercise

Can you describe the exercise? I've not heard of that one before! If it drives you to focus on episodic details then it will work in the same way as the example induction in the video

@@PsychologyUnlocked Pythagoras use this exercise for improve memory every night when he go to bed before sleeping he visualize his whole day activities from he wake up in very detail as you said in esi he also taught this technique to his disciple to improve their memory
