I have Hemiplegic Migraines, which are like a stroke that you recover from. It's a complex migraine with aura. As someone who meditates as part of recovery from depression/anxiety and CPTSD, I'd love something deeper that could help rebalance my brain... that would be fantastic!

I had PTSD, Functional Neurological Disorder with full body paralysis, ADHD, Manic Depressive Disorder, all have been treated and I have NO symptoms of any anymore through practicing meditation and trance. Interesting conversation. They were both really good speakers. I think if you know anything about trance and its ability to allow you to communicate with spirits, astral project, write or any other occult ability you understand enough. Being able to put some brain function analytics behind this could be pretty powerful. Many people project through binaural beats already I assume the rhythms elicit similar responses for trance. In the end you have to figure out if interacting with things (in another realm) you don't fully understand is beneficial. It looks like the reactions of some of the respondents was the awakening of the Kundalini spirit.

Anyone can enter a trance state with the help of a sound-loop, or by self-inducing it, but then they will need help to intergrate the information that was uncovered during the trance state.. So, they will still need the support of conventional verbal therapy. Perhaps, even more so, since the uncovered information can be traumatizing. (?) Btw, thank you.

Nadine Kreisberger doesn`t know the research of Dr. Felicitas Gooman. She recorded EEG during sessions of the ritual trance postures she discovered during her work as an anthropologist.
