Got 5 ratings 3 times in a row. Manager told ill get a promotion as well and that would mean around 50-70% pay increase. Pay raise and promotions were delayed to aug and now im seeing not even 10% increase. Does this include the promotion? Or it will be done at a later date? I was guaranteed a promotion this time.
