This video will guide you with the Step by Step Process in obtaining a Certificate of Good Standing from DHP (Department of Healthcare Professions) or formerly known as QCHP.
This certificate is being requested by DHP license holders in Qatar who wish to apply for a license in other country or in other jurisdiction. This proves that healthcare professionals have a clean record and are unrestricted to practice their profession.

hello. It varies, usually from the day your request was completed on the system, it takes 7-14 days for them to send. but you can get the copy of the COGS on you dhp account. Just go to your dhp account and click the existing requests, click the print button.

Thank you for watching. Before, it takes 2-3 weeks for the DHP to complete the request. With regard to the FIFA, it may be longer. The DHP will be corresponding to CGFNS via email. You will receive a message from DHP that your request has been completed.

Hello Bro. You may try uploading the old COGS that you have. I don’t think your former employer would give you a new COGS. Just put in the comments/remarks when you submit the request to DHP that you are already resigned and exited Qatar.

Hello mam. Since May/June 2022, electronically na po sinisend ng qchp/DHP ang requested COGS sa corresponding regulatory board. Either via email or meron silang online system, basta di na po sila nagbibigay ng hard copy. eto po ang email address ng cgfns, [e-mail]. Opo, ilagay niyo po both schools niyo that you’ve attended.

no need na po ng courier kasi electronically isesend ng DHP sa CGFNS ung COGS. The electronic COGS service was started on May 2022. Nagprocess ako before that kaya nagbayad pa ako ng fee that time.

need mo i-resubmit ung existing request mo mam. Just click the pending request, as if you’re redoing everything. Don’t worry, next next ka lang unti ma-reach mo ung part na gusto mo i-correct.

If you are requesting it for cgfns, or nmc or any purposes from a professional regulating body, you should put their email address and the name of that organization. on the alternative email, I just put my email address in case the recipient of that request did not receive it.

Yes po. Approved po ng DHP kahit walang good standing sa employer ko. Email lng po kayo sa DHP. State lng kung bakit ayaw magbigay ng employer mo ng cogs.

Hello po. Mukang wala p pong online portal ang dhp noon. Pag naman po nagtry kayo mag-create ng account ngaun, hihingan po kayo ng medical, police, qid etc to complete the profile. Try niyo po email sila, [e-mail] [e-mail].

Regarding po sa mga nakaupload na documents like passport and PRC, sakin po kasi meron nakaupload dahil ung previous company po ang nag aayos nito, expired na po kasi mga nakaupload like PRC and Passport, 1. need ko po ba magupload ng bago? 2. Sa part po na 5:27, namentioned po na need ng certificate of good standing from employer, (lumipat po ako so it means un pong bago kong employer ang hhingan ko ng good standing, tama po? 3. Gaano po katagal nyo po nareceive ung COGS po? Sa NMBI naman po yung application ko po. Salamat po ng marami God bless po

Hello po. 1. opo, upload niyo po ung mga renewed PRC and Passport po. 2. opo, magpapapirma po kayo sa current employer niyo ng certificate of good standing. The form can be signed by your head nurse po. 3. total of 4 weeks po.

@@sharissecabigao611 hello po...so it took 2weeks po but the problem is u will.not receive any notification from DHP that they already sent the needed COGS to cgfns even though u will.receive a msg that it is been approved if.u still have the number from.qatar that was still connected to ur account in DHP...if u dont have and u know anyone from qatar to check for u for confirmation from DHP then it will be much convenient on ur part..

@@hazelineuntivero707 personal po kasi kinukuha yun and pinapadala sa dhl. easiest way is makisuyo kayo sa friend niyo na nandito sa doha to claim it for you. other way naman, try niyo ask sa email ang DHP kung pwede nila isend sayo ung soft copy nung docs, then ikaw na mag-forward sa CGFNS.
