I was interested in that, so I did a little research... the first South Park episode aired on 28 March 1998. ‘Cartman gets an anal probe’. Noels appearance on this show was 15 July 1997. So there we are. I still don’t think they stole it from Noels stand up routine. That would seem far fetched.
