@@useruser6240 soviets are the most mistake-ignoring. There are better factions, but their units need more control. It's harder to kill 6 man unit, than 4 man unit. Also, thanks to merge, you can "heal" mg/AT gun, without worrying that enemy's ATs kill your sdkfz/opel blitz/american medical car (but it's depending to the situation: for example if nobody of your crew died, but all they lost most of their XP, you should retreat. But if your crew lost most of soldiers, but survived ones have most of their XP, you can easily restore most of their XP

All the months watching you you're definitely good, I'd say your main and pretty much only serious issue is you're really bad at keeping an eye on the top right haha It takes less micro than constantly looking back and forth Like when you were handling the partisans with the scout car, you could have seen your troops were in danger exposed out there and just retreated them immediately Definitely a massively important vital thing You still shred, your Goliath and demo compilations are legendary And this game was still kickass as fuck Dude trying to surrender hahaha, you singlehandedly won that 90% 2 v 3

You can snare a vehicle with faust/AT grenade, if after snaring vehicle will end up with 75% HP or less...damaged engine from snare is removed when your repair your vehicle above 75% health....all light vehicles are 4 shots or less to kill, so faust or AT grenade will snare them...medium tanks you need to land a shot before snaring, heavy vehicles 2 shots before snaring... Notice, damaged engine from mines is removed after repairing vehicle to 100% HP... Notice no.2, SU-76 and valentine tank have a bit higher HP as light vehicles, but less then mediums...so you also need to land a shot before snaring. You are wellcome :)

45:46 - the T70 came down from the upper right fuel point, drove into the north end of your base area, past some large vehicle emerging onto the map and then headed along the south edge of the map until it reached the fuel point in the southwest. It might have killed a machine gun crew in your base? Not sure. I scrolled back through the video to identify where it showed up - you can see it emerge from the fog of war at around 42:00 up in the northeast. Sneaky bugger probably wanted to know what your base looked like and/or to nuke any werfers hanging around back there.

i have a tips for using the infantry, hope this helps 3 squads of Panzergrenadiers with pzshrecks can 1 shot any allied medium tanks. set them behind bushes and ambush spots and you can kill passing tanks quickly. or alternately, 3 Grenadiers with MG42 upgrade will win most firefights against any riflemen, conscripts, penals, etc blobs in shooting match. a burst of MG42 almost always guarantees a kill

I agree with the surrender. We were pnce losing a game as allied hard against the Axis. Until 3/4 axis decided to rush our base with their panzers. We killed every single one of them with snares and anti-tank tanks. Our tanks had almost free real estate and we won easy afterwards.

Remember to switch the all target and only vehicles accordingly. Kinda triggred using 222 manual targeting vs partisan when the 222 on vehicle only mode

Gonna leave some tips of my own: Create a retreat path, set up mgs, at guns, tanks, infantry and/or mines. Light vehicles, low health tanks, snipers or mobile artillery are often chased down. Lone at guns are easily flanked. Protect them with units nearby. If you have a sniper, base much of your force to support it. Your main goal should be keeping it alive, especially early to mid game. Consider sending your forces to attack deep into enemy territory, and cap with a weaker squad. As opposed to capping as you go. You cannot be too careful with your sniper. Retreat when threatened. Send multiple units to attack, instead of one at a time. Let your troops wait at your base if needed. Spread out your advance. Prevents them from all being suppressed by an mg, or taken out by mortar. Send troops close to the front lines and hold, probe with one unit, especially if you predict an mg. Use smoke on top of the enemy, not yourself, exception for capturing points. Get light vehicles, as opposed to holding out for a tank. It may help you capture resources. Learn hot keys Don’t float too much resources. Sit in a proper position, hands close to the body, head resting on your spine, unless you gotta lean forward ;) Time your shots from a tank. Hit stop before it fires. Use a panzerfaust if you can finish it off with another unit, when low on munitions

But generally speaking you don't need to use attack ground mode to do so. Even just hard hit on the vehicle is enough to register it as ice cracking trigger.

at around 15mins if you have the fuel for battle phase 2, then take it, at that point halftracks and sdfz are useless since enemy will most likely have medium tanks

I usually will skip MG42 or any other unit requires to stay in position. I will build Grenadiers to counter tank and Volksgrenadiers to counter infantry, One or two armoured car for fire support. Then save as much man power as possible for building at least 3x Panzer IV and swam the enemy, While the enemy wasting money on truck, mortal crew, armoured car.

That Can remembered me a strange game i had: It start relatively great for me i took without meeting résistance, the got almost to résistance but the left got 1vs3 (but i didn't noticed that X) Then the mid started to flame the left for not managing to maintain his point (i Wonder why....) So the left started to insult him but it was in chinese with some fck you in beteween. Then the mid started to get hammered but 2 player and so decided to flamme both of us (even if i was pushing my side and trying to help him) and so retreat all his troop and start attack ground our building which cause the left Guy to quit thé game. Because of that i deciced to refuse surrendering even if it was Lost in order to triggered him then something strange happened. The bot started to push his side easily so i decided then him to advance while meeting nothing and manage to triple cap. We then maintain these point while facing weak forces even if they had thé whole Map for at least 10min (i even managed to get an elefant before they get anything serious Armor) Close to the end (15point remaing for them) they were starting to seriously regain contrôle of the map exept thé IA side (MVP of the game) and where about to decap my point but there was an mg team sitting here during the whole game that manage to slow them enough to win By seing the Replay i saw that apart from the brit player who get Churchill the us get only calliope and thé russian didn't even build a building I still don't understand what happened.....but still win tho

I agree with 3 x infantry build is basic for all factions. Factions that have early mg sometimes I go Inf-Inf-mg-Inf for control on a fuel or map center.

Fellow ostheer players, correct me if i am wrong, but the panzerfaust always damages the engines to my experience, at least on up to medium vehicles. Can't speak for heavy tanks

It damages if after the hit, the vehicle is at or below 75% HP. For light vehicles and light tanks, the Faust alone (or any other snare, they all doo 100 dmg) is enough. For anything heavier, you need at least one, if not two hits first.

Biggest early game mistake in team games that axis noobs do is go for both fuels against veteran ally players. You stay together and get the closest 2 vp points and one fuel. You stick together because ally inf will destroy axis inf that are split up.

Yes, but only if you’re certain they have a commander that allows it. Otherwise you could be destroying buildings that are advantageous for your defenses.

Which should I get as a single player? Does COH2 all out war edition come with the original COH2 (which I understamd is mainly single player as the Russian army)?
