I like COH3, I do have loads of fun playing it. I am just so angry at Relic for releasing it in an unfinished state with a lack of maps and basic features such as replays. I really hope Relic continue to patch and release a future expansion - hopefully that will cause it to bounce back in steam reviews. It has the potential to be one of the best RTS games out there.

Insanely hype 1st match: COH3 has a lottttt of potential if it just slow and steadily gets fixed up, balanced, expanded and adding more community created content--maps/features/tools. It definitely has the speed and readability to watch for fun, despite me not playing anything past COH1.

I'm not a high level player, but I'm a mid one: Why didn't orangepest go all-in on Vet 1 MP40 Grens? Wehr really shines with Mono-type infantry buffed by the Vet 1 Star tech, its really not a One-Of-Every-Animal faction. I feel like with Wehr, you gotta pick either MP40 Grens, Jaegers, or Pgrens, rush that Vet 1 star, and base your game around that unit.

They talked about this at the start of the match. Luftwaffe gives you the ability to get the fastest possible P4 timing, extra repairing units that can also fight, a stopgap AT call-in, and a really oppressive AT loiter ability. It is a lot more resistant to US Armored Easy Eight strategies than mechanized, though it does have its costs. I think the main trade off on the 1st map has to do with design. Faymonville is all about fighting from hard cover strongpoints, which tends to bias towards Wehr MG42 builds. Basically Orangepest was thinking of building his strategy around his MG42s rather than potential MP40 grens.

DevM and Marco are two of the only things going for CoH3 right now, they're community legends through and through and are responsible for some of the best things in CoH3. The Italian battlegroup flavours, the incoming pathing improvements etc. etc. You best start believing in the coh3 underdog story, cus this hype train will roll over you if you're not careful. First COH3 game I am watching after the Beta and probably the last. I can't stand this honestly. Zero entertainment factor. Bad graphics, horrible animations, abysmal sound design. It's just so BAD. Let this crap die, let's all go back to COH2. At least this is what I'm gonna do...

Same here. I decided to drop and watch this after playing some Coh1 Blitzkrieg before the cast and ... co3 feels like an alien body to me - can't stomach it overall, but credits have to be given for cats, dogs, a goat on the like, mules and colorful flowers - those look nice
