This. There are few bands out there that are able to adapt what makes their style great time and time again without losing that core essence. Every time Coheed makes a song, it screams "this is Coheed", but it never tires or feels like they are milking their sound.
@UncleDeadly10312 жыл бұрын
Not bashing the band so pre-emptively chill, but seriously? This sounds like it came out of a “Recent, Polished, Straightforward Rock Mode” Coheed song generator. It’s great they’ve stayed RELEVANT and BELOVED but this is quite literally formulaic and cliche. Again, when you love a band, then it doesn’t even matter if it is or isn’t! Let’s just not be delusional here. Or rather, listen to other pop rock bands in this style? You’ll find that if you took out Claudio’s voice, it would be very close to indiscernable from any late stage career song from bands whose biggest fame was in the early 2000’s. It’s not a diss, just reality.

Only ever listened to these guys when I played Rockband over a decade ago. This song came on at work and I only knew it was them because of the way he says 'better' in this song. Had to look it up, and now I'm slightly hooked

Once again, the boys have done it. Creating something uniquely original, while still hitting you in all the right places. If only there were more people able to create like this. But alas, then Coheed wouldn't be as truly special as they are. Thank you for being who you are.....
