Ma'am intent of your video supposed to explain things in real simple terms even a layman should understand, honestly it didn't quite make it, it's just an excerpt of some OOAD book neither understood by students nor by the one who teaches

I think this is your personal problem, if you're not used to everybody's pronounciation no matter how it is, you should improve your English skill. She is not teaching English to check her pronounciation, as long as you can understand what she is saying and that's the most important thing. Keep that in mind.
