The company has gone into liquidation I don’t think they will be around long. They are just sending out their odds and ends as far as I can tell before closing. I thought when you go into liquidation you weren’t allowed to continue trading. Someone in the company changed their Instagram to link to the court docs last week and was quickly taken down and calling them a scam company.

I don’t want to discourage people from subscribing as I do hope they will remain open. However if you do subscribe just make sure you pay using a credit card to give yourself some protection.

It is weird that we keep getting so many of the same product, but I'm guessing they've been given a load of those products and they're popping them in whatever they can. It's one reason why I didn't go for their Christmas advent calendar because of the Reduit Boost being in there again. I just found that off-putting. That aside though, I think it's a great box and their customer service team has been brilliant too. I've been with them a few months now and definitely going to be sticking with it. Those duplicate products are just put aside for Christmas and birthdays. Easy! Brilliant value too.

Its a nice box, that dry shampoo was in the baubles calendar aswell as the Reduit. Fortunatly I got the baubles one, I have thought a few times about subbing to Cohorted but I'd be pissed getting a so called expensive skincare device so many times, its already on Ebay at about £40 to £90 aswell. I guess everyone's trying to sell their spares or all, so someone will get it at discount. I also got the sunflower pop perfume in 10ml, but can't remember where it came from and yes it does smell nice 😉 as I have 2 x full size mood manager sprays I guess you'd figure I like that to, though you can spray it on your clothes and skin to, but not wool or silk. Enjoyed this unboxing and again even though I have most of these products including the rough lippy by Laura Mercia I am still thinking of signing up for next year and if my memory serves me right in Feb or March there's a great haircare brand takeover, or I should say for the last 2 years there has been. Xx 😚 🤗 🥰

Hi Crystal Just wanted to ask if you got any response from Harrods regarding the missing conditioner and lipstick with strange labelling. I have the exact same issues. Disappointing but when I emailed I was asked to send a photo of the missing conditioner??!!

Yes I was asked to send a photo of the missing item too - they eventually sent me a replacement, despite saying they didn't have any in stock.

I got a replacement one automatically through the post, without contacting them to complain so I’m guessing they’re working their way through that. It was a couple of weeks ago xx
