Its a nice calendar but I have 2 good genes in full size and also have a few of these others to so I won't be getting it, but I hope people who do get it enjoy it, also nice to see a calendar with 3 lippies rather than eyeco eye liner. Stay safe as always xx 😘❤

This would be a great calendar if it actually showed up with twelve days left to Xmas mine has not shown up I bought it around the first of October and it’s 8 days till Xmas still no calendar. Kind of annoying

Hope it turns up. I ordered a Hotel Chocolat calendar from QVC in early October. 22nd November I emailed them yet again to find out when was it being shipped. No answer. 1st December I emailed again and no answer. 10th December I rang them as I was totally fed up only to be told that the order wasn't being fulfilled and they didn't have a reason why. It was being shipped by Hotel Chocolat themselves and no-one there gave them a reason as to why it wasn't being sent out. Two very disappointed (one heartbroken) kids as they already knew what was ordered (they found out by accident). Not impressed with Hotel Chocolat for that and most definitely not impressed with QVC for not bothering their backsides to reply to emails. If they had sorted it out in November I could have made alternative arrangments. As I am I had to rush out and buy 2 tins of sweets and a stack of socks - hardly the same thing but the best I could do that late in the game. Furious doesn't even come close to how I feel about both companies.

A 12 say calendar runs from 25th to 5th Jan but I know how frustrated you feel, I've cancelled 3 orders with Lookfantastic over non delivery or take order but don't let you know its sold out and waiting for new stock.

@@kimdickinson3063 omg don’t get me started on glossy box/lookfantastic they are horrible company’s to deal with. I ordered glossy advent calendar the 2nd of October and it arrived the 22nd missing half the items and destroyed. I contacted them and they told me they would send the missing items not send a new calendar with a return label for the damaged one. 3 weeks nothing shows up they tell me it’s been ordered. Every week since then they tell me the items are shipping but they still never have shown up. Now they gave me a $10 credit as a replacement for the $300 in products missing and they admit no one ever shipped the order. They also didn’t know why a new calendar was not sent even though I asked it be. I tried subscribing last year and every month them and lookfantastic never delivered my sub boxes. Then they only gave me a $25 credit for 3 months of box orders I paid for. I was out almost $100 bucks. Glossy would forget half the items in my sub box and bill me for boxes I never received. Both terrible customer service.

I was really disappointed in this box. It has some good products but not impressed with the mini lipsticks or the same things as earlier boxes. I wish I had used the money for a different calendar. Still enjoy watching you unbox it though xx
