Hey.. Suppose i have a checkin time of 1 pm but i arrive late due to my flight.. Do we have to inform them or will they allot my room to some one else if i dont reach on time.

I think 9PM is the cutoff time for check-in, only after that you will be marked as No Show. But if you are delayed by more than 2-3hrs, I recommend to call them & let them know, just to be on the safer side.

You can carry your own yoga mat Or else you can buy one from their souvenir shop but would recommend you carry one . Regarding dhyanlinga... everybody sits on the floor itself. Yoga mat isn't required inside dhyanlinga

No strict rules other than decent clothing.. it is a very peaceful place ! But you have to book your stay before hand. I'm not sure if you'll get any instant bookings.
