It’s not that easy to drive on ghat section as there are some serious hair pin bends and there is on coming traffic too, drive only you are very confident of your driving!

Thanks Aakansha! In June there would be lot of rain & most of the places in OOTY are outdoor sight seeing. Check rain status & then plan. It’s a big ghat section if your child is comfortable for 3 - 4 ghat driving then it’s ok. But frankly speaking June with one year kid to OOTY is not recommended. I traveled in November 2022. Yes you can get cabs on rent from airport itself. Every season has different rates, you can google for cab services from Coimbatore Airport, you will get many options.
