Coimbra is one of the most important Portuguese cities, located between the cities of Lisbon and Porto, it is a city historically linked to the university, one of the oldest in Europe and the first in Portugal. With the arrival of the Muslims, Coimbra changed its name, but not is importance, becoming an important trading post between the Christian north and the Arab south. with the conquer Coimbra gains even more importance because the first King of Portugal was born there and it was the Capital of the county until the reconquer of the City of Lisbon
