@jgd0068 That's an interesting idea! I'm sure the app makers probably wouldn't want to get involved in something like that but maybe they could partner with someone that has an app for selling coins?

I recently got into coin collecting. I won a whatnot auction and got a 1932 D Quarter. The app graded it XF-40 but it didn’t notice the D mint mark on the back. The original value it gave was a few dollars. I manually entered that it was a D & it updated the value to $180. I’m not sure whether I believe that. Is there something special about the D’s that year?

@Georgia_Outlaw_Vinyl Congrats on the auction win! Maybe something during that year at the Denver mint? The app is fun but I don't know if I'd completely trust it. If you saw my video I did on paper currency, it thought a Disney Dollar was a valuable $10 bill haha

@TheoneGodfather I actually don't use cash or coins either. But, I happen to have some coins and cash that'd I'd consider "collectable". It's still a fun and useful app to see if anything you have is valuable. Of course, if you're a serious collector, you'd probably use something other than this app. Thanks for watching!
