maheen khan it's not about her skills, which no doubt are quite well appreciated, but about the progression of song. See, it's a semi-classic ghazal and it went perfectly smooth untill she started her English part. Not that she lacks talent or anything of this sort, but it shouldn't have been added because it disturbs the typical eastern touch of this track. Thanks to CS that they added another verse of Sajjad after that part which quite managed to regain the lost vibe. It's a brilliant track, nevertheless.
