Sarah G's rendition of this song is just superb. The simple change in the lyrics of the first 2 chroruses changes the narrative of the song. From the original "aayusin" sarah used "ayusin" which gave us a different point of view. Before, with all the "aayusin" we just hear a plea of a broken-hearted person. Now with the changes in two out of the three choruses we also peeked into a couple who tried to fix their relationship. The persona in the song demands to her other half that they fix their relationship at first. She tried twice. But in the last chorus she failed kasi "ayaw na niya" and she is left with a plea of "aayusin natin 'to".
