Excellent info Ben and a great video.i was looking for some glug or hook bait enhancement for the hydro squid but couldn’t find it on the website,or do I use the rocket fuel ? Regards jim

@@JamesPearson-c4x Hi James , glad you liked the video , yes the rocket fuel is the glug to use for your hookbaits , it’s a very thick liquid pour it on your hookbaits and leave to soak and they will be ready to go , hope this helps 👍

With your rod tips up and a relatively short cast, do you use backleads?

It’s does depend on what swim I fish as I back lead and sometimes tight line depending on the swim , I just like my rods up as it’s another bite indicator 👍

Hi Sarah , there called jack Pyke wellies , there £70 I think , there neoprene with a zip down one side which is water proof as well , best wellies I’ve ever had and very very warm , hope this helps 👍

No worry’s , he will like them as they are very comfortable and you don’t need thermal socks with them , I just use normal socks as they are very warm

Hi Ben Love the vid mate I am going down there in a couple of weeks time I’ve never fish it Could you give me any pointers I see you do a lot of scatter baiting I don’t really see you using a boat. Is there a reason for that? Also you don’t really use PVA bags or do you I see you have your rods up in the air sometimes Probably just to play underneath them, but do you back lead? I want to fish Meadow Lake or Oak so any info would be helpful thanks a lot. Keep the Vids coming mate. Tight lines 👍😊Les
