Col Rajeev Bharwan, Ex-Indian Army has commanded an elite strategic specialized Airborne Regiment. He has executed direct action missions in Assam, Manipur, Nagaland and J&K. He is an officer with sound professional attitude with pride in personal performance. He joined Gorkha Regiment immediately after passing out from Officers Training Academy(OTA). Thereafter, he was deputed to Assam Rifles and eventually he commanded a Strategic Specialized Airborne Regiment. He has reputation of moving even dead stones. He is the founder of Soldier Unplugged wherein he conducts 21 day training as a life coach, mentor, healer, SSB Leadership, Character Builder and Motivational Speaker. He has been nicknamed by his followers like Col Magic,

True sir.... I too had no encountered with ghost even after going 48km deep in jungle. We used to walk at night and very slow duri g day time, only thing that scared me was. I was walking and around 10-11am saw a human body shape 20meters away with long gun(slr or LMG) sir sare bhagwan yad agaye thee! Im not a fauji but a normal civil but sometimes do jungle mai mangal with some of yours men..

best part of interview is that he never shyed of telling sir though he holds the level of cadre this is what makes him look unique and can be spotted as odd man out in positive way. Not every one will have this kind of attitude. The way he explained is same at all levels.

Rudrapatap, now every para battalion is termed as special forces. He is initially from strategic Airborne Para Commando Battalion. Also in special forces, every one doesn't bear balidan badge unless one had encountered & had first kill.. Notwithstanding, everyone's role in Indian Army is equally important..
