I do like the Colapz Product and think it is really well made, and practical, its just the Saga of this order that’s has been frustrating, Watch the Vlog to find out more.

I recieved my delivery on monday, i had ordered the 2 buckets, trolley, and connecting tube, I recieved 1 bucket, trolley, connecting tube and coffee cup lol, I have contacted them but no reply yet

Hi Marilyn, Its just a joke isn't it. Have they replied to you, they haven't responded top my emails. I hope you didn't make the same mistake I did with the Trolley and Pulling down the support bracket.

@@CaravanEscapades101 I now have the complete order, but 1 of the wheels for the trolley dont fit, and the center bit came out like urs, when i put the other 1 on, I am also missing the locking pins, as for them replying, ill get an answer on thursday when i go to see them at the show so no they havent replied to my email

Have exactly the same. Barrel no trolley, no cup, no connection pipe. Iam an avid fan of Collapz. This brand taken over recently has declined though. This has been an ongoing saga for long enough and they can’t even get the items delivered. I’ll give it another week ( hoping ) the items arrive or they can refund me. Otherwise just useless to me. Am concerned that the brand name will be damaged with this launch disaster. And all for a coffee cup ?

Totally agree, I have been an Avid Fan of Colapz for years and do think the product is great, I agree that there seems to have been a change since the new owners took over and not for the better. I will await to see if my bits turn up before the NEC and I will be having words. In all honesty from research I have done, this product has been in development since at least 2018 and started out as a 40L unit. I wonder if the new owners have put pressure on to rerelease this on me before it is ready. Thanks for watching and commenting James

Just to update you I have just received my order of the water barrel and trolley but minus the free mug, so far I’m very impressed with the product and I will be putting it to the test next weekend when we go on are first trip of 2024.

Hi, Intresting that you have received your trolley. With the Barrel. I honestly do like the quality of the colapz product. What is annoying is how they have gone about bringing this one to market. I would be interested to hear your feedback as you will get to try it in anger before us.

Nice kit James but nearly useless without the trolley. All come out in the wash.🤞

It sure is, I am surprised that some have been lucky to receive the Trolley with their Barrell.

I do, but mainly when we are travelling through France we tens to stop a lot amd use the Caravan so to have the Caravan clutter free or the option to carry water with us was the main reason for the purchase. I will still use the Aqua Roll.

I have to be honest. My dealing up to this point was great. I understand that they were bought out by a larger company a couple of years or so ago, so I wonder if this is when things started to turn.
