Colas in partnership with US companies Royal Truck and Equipment (RT&E) and Micro Systems Inc. (MSI) have developed the world’s first Autonomous Impact Protection Vehicle (AIPV) for use on the World’s highways to protect the lives of road workers.

They need to bring some of that "heavy investment" and "innovation" down to area 4.....old iron frames that are falling apart. Old, heavy, dangerous signs. Vans that are unusable and literally causing accidents. Ipvs that are held together with zip ties. A borrowed yard and bad management causing rifts amongst workers...but don't let that get in the way of your media facade.
