I recently purchased the COLBOR CL60R Led Light, and while updating the firmware using the EdgeMax app (Android), there was an interruption in the middle of the process, causing the device to stop working. When I plug it into the socket, I noticed that only the fan turns on, and the LED and the panel do not light up. I attempted to resolve the issue by following the instructions to reset the product to its factory settings, pressing both wheels simultaneously for 5 seconds and reconnecting the power cable. Unfortunately, these attempts were unsuccessful. The equipment still does not power on correctly, and it continues to operate only the fan as soon as it's plugged into the socket. Could you please provide some assistance in resolving this problem? I appreciate your help in advance.

If you use the Android system, here is the solution for you. We recommend that you connect the power directly without pressing the power button. Please use the IOS system to turn on Bluetooth, in that the OTA of the Android system is currently undergoing maintenance and updates, and Edgemax will automatically search for and update the firmware.
