I'm definitely a fan of these smaller light 100W light fixtures. I've been doing a bit of travel for work lately and travelling with their larger counter parts (i.e. 300D II and 300X) means that I have to travel with way more cases which can be an absolute nightmare when going through airports. I've got to add a couple of these fixtures to my kit to keep my overall travel camera package smaller.

So...I'm currently using the Aputure 60x lights for spots and hair lights on speakers/couple during wedding speeches, and floods for open dancing. Would these be a good alternative, since those are quite heavy? I'd want barn doors, but I'm sure there's Bowen's mount barn doors on the interweb.
