This is easily one of the best interviews of Covington, because he wasn’t being asked the same laundry list of pre-fight questions. Nina actually asked him things that allowed him to answer outside of his usual one-liner/mean nickname fashion. Kinda made me realize Colby has more to say than he shows. Keep being u, Nina! Really enjoy your interviews & live vicariously thru u being able to b at all the UFC events & talk to ppl who r so inspiring. Was floored when mma became a combat sport cuz I grew up fascinated by martial arts & styles vs styles so to have so many different skills vs each others plus having it ever evolving & differ between athletes cuz each has different cardio, durability etc & different mixtures of specialties, its absolutely incredible. Plus I think Dana White is a legend. Congrats on your success & keep killing it, girrrl! ❤

you guys are actually just kicking the shit. plenty of times where if this wasn't an interview, you guys would've just gone deeper in most of those topics. that would've been cool to watch.

Nina is like the female Rogan style interviewer, no concise questioning, just open response questions that let the person being interviewed let their creativity and personality shine through.

@@TheXrossfade yeah i find the content hilarious and am genuinely surprised and pleased to at least see that most of the fighters are decent folks. their worries, struggles, and motivations as well as their personalities and sense of humour are inspiring and/or fantastic to see (in various levels of forwardness) in these interviews.

Fantastic interview. Shame what transpired in the press conference. I’m a big Colby fan and was disappointed… part of me thinks he actually got a bit shook in how Leon reacted but couldn’t break character. If Colby wins OR loses, I think he has one shot to make it right and drop the act and apologize. Colby has cemented himself and no longer needs the shtick to be a draw. Dropping the heel act may actually bring more intrigue at this stage if he really is as nice of a guy people says he is

Yes I use to like Colby trash talk..he's funny .but that was not funny .very disrespectful. That's just low but he has fxckd over people close to him. Ask sean Strickland about it

Not gonna lie i thought Nina was going to come and go quickly in this space but ill happily admit I was wrong. She brings the right amount of crazy to the interview while getting fighters to open up. Refreshing to be asked questions that aren't regurgitated by every other media member.
