Colchester Castle Parkrun | Sunshine and rain.

Welcome to our Colchester Castle Parkrun. This is a local park run. We took it easy today because we have a half marathon tomorrow so thought we’d give a little brief on our local park run course come and see how it is.

Nice one. We ran the inaugural there back in 2013. My parents grew up in Colchester and the place means a lot. We've run through Castle Park a few times in the past few years Must do it again soon. We've got a back catalogue of over 70 parkrun videos with a few Essex ones. Maldon, Mersea Island...

@Reeceisrunning we ran at Clumber but didn't film as we've done it loads of times. Yes seen yours. Also done Chelmsford Central and Highwoods in our pre filming days.
