How to make cold baklava? Here is a very easy cold baklava recipe prepared from ready-made phyllo dough! You should try this dessert, which is so delicious and crispy that it makes people fall in love with it :)
Materials;
1 pack of ready-made phyllo dough for baklava
200 g pistachios (you can also use hazelnuts)
250 ghee (dehydrated butter)
60 g powdered chocolate (do not use cocoa!)
3 cups of milk
2 cups of sugar
half glass of water
Half pack of vanillin
For the above;

Let's put the milk, sugar and water in the pot and boil it by mixing. After boiling, add vanillin and let it cool. Let's oil the phyllo dough and arrange it on the tray, 14 layers, then sprinkle the pistachios evenly. Let's oil the phyllo dough one by one, arrange it 14 more times, cut the baklava evenly, spread the remaining oil on it and bake it in a controlled manner in the oven at 180 degrees. After cooking, pour the sherbet that has come to room temperature, let it sit for a few hours and add chocolate powder on top. To decorate, you can put pistachio powder on it if you wish.
