Didn't fully appreciate the post-Year Of The Spider stuff until I got older. This was really the album they switched and became more of a straight-up post-grunge/alt-rock band and abandoned that alt-metal sound. As a younger kid when this album first came out and I heard it for the first time, I thought it sucked, just another band that went soft. It wasn't until I got into college did I revisit it right around the time Superfiction came out and then it clicked with me. This album is pretty damn amazing.

I was a junior in highschool when this album came out, hit me right in the emo button. This whole album is a masterpiece of music/emotion. This album and korn's see you on the other side got me through girl troubles that year. Hmm, i feel old lol.

Man you couldn't have said it better, I totally agree and it was the same for me with them. 'Gone away' never got the recognition I thought it should've either. This album was so good though. Scooter is very underrated but he's one of my all time favorite vocalist. You always seem to cover songs I feel like I'm the only person still jamming to on my bass lol.

This song and album really got me through some shit this past summer. This song helped me stop drinking my problems away after my ex and I split. I really wish this song got more recognition. Great cover my dude. This song really gets me in the feels a lot.

My fav record of theirs. love how they switch up the chords in the final choruses. makes it feel like a key change even though it's really not. well, maybe it is. i dunno theory that well. lol.

Nice job! Right down to the notes! I also like how you play that low D power chord on the bottom strings without the need to down-tune anything...or did I miss something? In any case, you did an awesome job with this song! 💯🤘👍 I haven't played guitar/bass in several years cos right now drums is my dominant instrument since I joined my band five years ago. I'll soon get back to practicing guitar and bass for writing stuff with my band.
