For the sweet potato, cut it open and mash it up a bit, then add a bit of brown sugar and maple syrup, then top with the marshmallow. It’s amazing that way ☺️

If it's a fishing tent, a lot of people will use a propane or butane heater, maybe that's why no stove jack.

Love your videos and your cooking I’ve used some of your cooking tips. I believe that the reason you don’t have a stove jack is because they don’t want a hot stove on the ice. So the ice won’t melt below them while they’re fishing. They barely heat those ice fishing tents. Heat just enough to keep chill off and the hands warm. Basically the tent just keeps the wind off.

I’m supposed to be prepping for 9 people for Thanksgiving Day dinner tomorrow, but I don’t care if dinner is a bit late bc I HAVE to watch your video! The sweet potato casserole is usually made with boiled sweet potato slices, brown sugar, butter dabbed on then the marshmallow on top. Never seen sweet potatoes mashed in my life.

Brilliant camp....felt annoyed for you about the stove top, but you did some nifty improvisation for the stove jack fair play! Traditionally most people add brown sugar and butter to the sweet potatoes and then top with Marshmallows and then put in the oven. Try it sometime I think you will like it. Love your videos!

Hey Andy, just for a bit more adaptability in the future with tents from questionable sources, try putting together a tent sewing/repair kit. Should be pretty simple with an awl, large suture needle and thread. Cheers man.
