Cold Painting Table How do you keep from blasting paint all over the areas you don’t want? I have an airbrush but gave up on it a couple years ago because I couldn’t get the fine control you achieve. I’d love to use my airbrush to batch paint these traitor guard as well.

@@CodeThreeBack you need to work with thinning your paints more to reduce the PSI on the compressor. Similarly to thinning your paints for smaller detail work. For the finer details I can be using 10-15 PSI, as opposed to 25-70 for the larger stuff.

Cold Painting Table thanks for the inspiration. I think I’ll break it out this week.

Yeah didn’t go so well! Need more practice I guess. I got paint everywhere again. So frustrating.

The brief views of your airbrush makes it look like not an airbrush. Have you spoken of it before? Make,model etc. Looks like the red paint is in the body, unless I'm seeing things.

Hi! The black one is a Badger Sotar 20/20 Slim. There isn't a cup on it, so the paint sits in the barrel of the brush leading to less paint wastage.

@@coldpaintingtable7624 it's nice looking. Hadnt seen it before. Had to look it up. Quite ingenious having that body cavity and still be gravity feed. Appreciate the reply.

Back-to-Baseix is my usual brand.

I'm having a lot of trouble getting s75 white through my airbrush as smoothly as you do. Are you using s75 thinner?
@coldpaintingtable76246 жыл бұрын
Two things: shake the heck out of it. I use a jigsaw and a clamp with a paint agitator in it to get them flowing. For thinning, I just use Windex.

Just fyi for future videos its not pronounced "Knee-gro" its "Neh-grow". If pronounced correctly its doesn't sound racist ;) great video still.
