Great job, this bike sounds amazing. I’m looking to do a very similar build, I really like the idea of the Kawasaki Kz750 Ltd chain drive scrambler.

If I replicate your air intake and pod filters , do I have to change anything inside carburetors?

Might be too later for an answer but, with your headers and exhaust, are you still running the H pipe from the stock 4-2 exhaust? Was going to remove my H pipe weld up the hole and go 2-1 on each side with those shorty pipes you have.

Where did you get the carbs from and that exhaust. sweet bike.
@damianpecak287
@damianpecak287 6 жыл бұрын
Stock carbs (750 LTD) only jets were changed because new air filters were giving more air so the whole mixture changed. Exhaust is the simplest and the most popular custom exhaust you can buy. I've bought it on allegro (Polish ebay). Here is one on ebay.com: www.ebay.com/itm/UNIVERSAL-CUSTOM-CHROME-MOTORCYCLE-BIKE-SILENCER-EXHAUST-END-CAN-PIPE-SHORTY/331470727893?epid=1888571086&hash=item4d2d31ead5%3Ag%3AE9sAAOSw7GRZHIeq&_udlo=20&_sop=15&_pgn=2&_sacat=0&_nkw=exhaust+custom+motorcycle&_from=R40&rt=nc&LH_TitleDesc=0

Sweet bike! Like how you swapped out the air box for the pod filters. Did you have to make a custom bracket to support the carbs?

Hi, it was an old push button I have found in my garage. Very easy to install. You just have to rewire the original starter to a new one that is ON when pressed and OFF when let go. For example one from google: shoptjbc.com/products/push-button-off-on-starter-switch

These are stock rear shocks from Kawasaki LTD. Front forks are also stock and were lowered by inserting a distance bushing on damper rod. You can find tutorials on how to do it online.

Hi buddy. There are plenty of those speedometers on internet (allegro, ebay, aliexpress). That was a classic 0-160km/h mechanical speedo with LED indicators for High Beam, Turn and Neutral. You just have to be sure it has right transmission ratio (k) when you buy mechanical speedo. If you need help finding one I am happy to help. Just write me model of your bike and online shop that you use (ebay or aliexpress or other).
