JAYO DMG ... SCSU, NSU, BCU, VSU, HiU, FAMU, arguably Ohio State Redan and South West Dekalb HS , and definitely all DCI lines? they look and sound better and they still got a lot to go. Nice cadence though. HBCU’s are showing technical growth, the traditional funky grooves, and the flashy showmanship of the HBCU style and it’s about time. Good luck on the plight of objective greatness.

Zai Shaw Considering that the basses have no rebound, I doubt that they do. It makes them sound more like flubs than bass drums. They would get a lot more of that loud powerful boom that they are going for if they just got a drum key.

Hunter Alexander are you going off this one cadence to determine the sound they're going for because don't forget it's many more cadences before determining their style. Also don't forget the sound of the video was 9/10 edited so the tuning isn't actually what it is that you hear most likely.
