Cold War after 6 months, has it changed?

As someone who plays CW consistently, I absolutely loved SnD on cold war up UNTIL they put the marshalls in…. It was so good to rush on here despite no flinch snipes but when they added those dual 725s that absolutely killed it. Before anyone says they were nerfed HELL FREAKING NO they weren’t. People are still clutching up rounds they have no business winning just cause they had the marshalls. So now people camp almost as much as they do on MW cause of those guns.

To be honest they did more harm to the single Marshall than they did to the Dual Marshalls. They should’ve kept the single Marshall the exact same and lowered the damage per pellet on the Dual Marshall’s. Where it stands now you only need half of your pellets to hit the enemy to get a kill within its maximum damage range. They should lower the damage by 33% so that it takes 75% of the pellets hitting to get a kill which means that a user would most likely have to hit follow up shots unless their entire crosshair is inside of you within its 4 meter damage range

The Marshall isn't even good. - You're pretty much forced to use the Scavenger perk. - The sprint to fire time is ass so you have to walk around for it to be effective. - The range is worse than anything in the game to the point where it doesn't even have a long range damage drop off. - Most of it's attachments suck the fattest of dicks. (Dragons breath included) - Any "good" attachments make it barely viable, there's only two of them. - a damn near non-existent ammo pool. - And lastly the "Good" attachments fuck up your movement speed and sprint to fire time. Edit: They're just shittier shotguns.

An “only once challenge” win a game of Search, but you’re only allowed to get one kill per gun/leathal (if you finish a game with 20 kills it would have to be 20 different guns/lethals with one kill each) so if you have more than three kills in the round you have to swap with someone and hope it’s a different gun? Don’t believe you’ve done that before, would be tough but entertaining 🔥

As an alternative, instead of having to deal with the sweat-fest that is any form of SBMM call of duty nowadays you could do a play through of the campaign in multiple parts. In my opinion the multiplayer has been hit or miss in cod but the campaigns have either been excellent or decent in the least.

In mw you can jump on top of deployable cover which allows for some hilarious headglitches. On Cheshire park (offense) towards a you can place a deployable cover behind the exploded van, jump on top of the deployable cover and look directly at A site. I have an entire video on these spots if you wish to see them. They’re mostly impractical but they’re really hilarious.

Just to help you out nick: tech-9 or 74u are the best SMG’s, personally tundra is the best sniper (Swiss is good for ADS but it’s a hit marker machine), stoner is the best LMG, marshals are the best sidearm (amp’s are good but not as good as marshals) the Krig the ak and the fara are the best assault rifles.

I play CW snd a LOT and the only time i've hated it/took a break is when the em2, tec9, and marshalls came out. The em2 and tec9 were/still are low recoil, high damage, easy to use weapons which made every lobby not fun. The marshalls are just something that hit you like a freight train randomly from what feels like 70 miles away.

Problems with Cold War: -Snipers have no flinch. -ARs have too much mobility. -ARs & especially LMGs hipfire is too tight. -Lethals can be thrown with one hand without a perc (causing players to die holding a lethal frequently)

Cold War is Better, MW and CW both have ups and downs but when it comes down to it, cold was is way more balanced and it actually takes skills to kill someone rather than use the same 10 meta weapons in MW SnD. Yes MW has a better Engine but the footsteps are too loud and the maps are big and promote camping… MW takes skill but just less than Cold War… hence why most pro teams prefer CW over Mw…

Oh, Marksman, you don't even know how bad things were. When Season 5 got released the game was literally NOTHING but Tec-9s and EM2's, it was actually horrible, the Tec-9 literally could delete you across the map with a 184 ms TTK, and they took 2 fucking weeks to nerf them. And the EM2 only got a proper nerf in Season 6. Even worse was before that, when the LC-10 was king and had better recoil and range than the AR's. In fact it's the gun I died the most to in the entire time I've been playing Cold War. It's a lot more reasonable now and still shreds but back then I was doing the slower killing assault rifles for Dark Matter and I kept getting deleted by LC-10 tryhards
