I’m not too far west from Colton, one city over from his area. We put 7 dogs down the other day sitting in 2degree temps and 2feet of snow. It was an awesome days getting the bed filled up! Wyoming is awesome for calling dogs especially on public lands. Great video guys! Always love watching when y’all come to Wyoming for dogs!!

You said you had your call on gain 4. What do you usually run the gain on? If it’s a calmer day? Like 5-10mph wind

I usually run it on gain 4 if the wind is more than 15 and the stand is pretty wide open. Most of the time I'm running it on gain 3

Question for Rick? It looks like you and I wear about the same type of eye glasses, I continually have problems with fogging in that type of cold conditions especially when I wear a strap to keep them tight against my face.... If they slide down just a little all I see looking through the scope is the nose piece and the lense outer frame. I've started just sliding them down my nose when I think I'm going to shoot and looking over them through the scope. I've got the scope focused for my naked eye,if I pull up quick with glasses on its a blurry mess.....Its sucks getting old!!! Any pointers, other than lasik.

I feel your pain. I never hunted this year because of this. Need glasses to see if it’s a buck or doe, but can’t seem to get scope to work with the glasses and binos. Minus -20 to -30 Celsius just fogs them up. Contacts are out because I have a hard time sticking my finger in my eye. Lol

@@farmernw73 I'm in the same boat! I spent a half hour putting my eye out with my finger. Got pissed and threw all my new contacts away. Years later and vision is degrading. Reticles are blurry. Red dots won't work due to astigmatism. Good thing I've always enjoyed hunting with shotguns. Currently looking into prism scopes and the halosun 510c with green reticles. It's the eotech knock off. You might see if any of those work for you.

I really like it!! Great bang for the buck with the 6x magnification and the bdx system is pretty dam slick! Basically Leupold never wanted to work me and Sig loved what we do and wanted to sponsor the podcast so I gave them a shot!
