The layout looks great. You might want to think about putting your closet in the "Safe room". This way you maintain the full utility area on the end and if you did need to make a 3rd bedroom, you can do a 10*10 at the back of the utility room.

Just my 2 cents... I would put the washer and dryer in the utility room and use that space in the kitchen for the refrigerator or additional pantry space. Having the fridge across the kitchen seems like a lot of unnecessary walking while preparing food. I would also enlarge the master bath for a separate shower and extra large tub, maybe even a jacuzzi tub. But without my 2 cents, everything you have done so far looks wonderful and you both should be very proud. Merry Christmas and thanks for sharing.

Hey John Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you both. Not sure if you already did this but I highly recommend rolling down a concrete sealant before putting in cabinets and finish floors as moisture wicking is always an issue, even in cowboy land.

I'm surprised the top of the windmill doesn't sit in some kind of bearing. If you are going to use grease inside the pipe for it, get the red grease like they use for 5th wheels. Also, the way the winds whip around up there you might need to sink some short pilings and get brackets to bolt the legs into on top of them 😂😂
