Great job mowing! Loved seeing the mama bird feeding her fledglings! Every year I have three to six fledgling hawks in my back yard. They love to play in my birdbath! We have had a huge hawk nest in one of our pine trees for over 40 years! One reason I can’t free range my chickens!

I've been binge watching some videos. I love your place and the overhang for the cars. I do really like the storm shelter with having it inside. Here's my question on that. What are you gonna do if a nader hits you and stuff falls and piles on top of the hatch door, how u gonna get out. I'm just thinking for the "what if's". Ain't there a way to maybe add a cut out hatch on the door to where it will open into you just in case? Also, I would add in an antenna to make sure you get cell service (if u have issues already in it), etc. I just think of what if you're stuck in it, u know.

@coldbeerranch good idea on a battery chainsaw, actually. I just think of what if the roof falls in. Ya, Cell antennas are pretty cheap. I'd mount it on one of the steal Beams for strength so even if the roof caves on, that antenna is still there - just secure the cable so it can be ripped out. And don't forget a composting toilet :)
