The weathering is easy & fun!! Today I am going to show you how to get your model dirty in 9 weathering steps. It will not look like a toy anymore! Finish it with pro effects to create superb looking miniature of Panther Ausf.G in 1/35. I am working on Takom 2134 with some aftermarkets and the video is about the waffen ss tank placed in Normandy 1944.

I know of a Japanese modeler who use many of the same techniques as you, and photos of his 1/35 tanks are indistinguishable from photos of real tanks. The standards of modeling have risen to insane heights.

Agree, you can observe heavy duty vehicles such as construction vehicles which are constantly outside and doing heavy duty work. It will be the cables, tracks, cable connectors etc. blank metal on those parts that get used up like steps and digger teeth. Obviously rust forms faster after fire 😅

I really liked your approach to adding the wash to the zimmerit early on in this episode. I agree that it needs it, but not too heavily. Also, splattering the brown wash added some great visual interest. I’m hoping that the bucket and milk jug get some attention in the next one.
