I have always known Coldplay. I didn’t really remember their songs at first, but they all sounded amazing. I was just a kid when ROBTTH and their albums after that came out. I heard the Minecraft parodies of Viva la Vida, Paradise, and that timeframe before the actual songs. It wasn’t until this song came on the radio during my middle school years that I was bitten by the bug, and Head Full of Dreams the next year with Adventure and Hymn for the Weekend. I began to actively seek them out then, rediscovering the classics from my childhood including the piano riff for a song called “Clocks”, the actual version of these songs I only heard in the context of celebrating a game of building blocks. I would then call them my favorite band of all time, which was during a particularly dark time in my life. Now, I’m on the brink of graduating college in a few months and my love for this band has all but expanded, somewhat with their recent album Moon Music, but also with my love for music as someone who would go on to study it in college. Thank you for posting this, a simple song that reminds me of the day I found what I am proud to say, perhaps just for me but hopefully not, is the band I’d call “The Beatles” of the 21st century.

Not sure if it’s just me being too used to this song, but I can still faintly hear the synths in the actual song.

Is original?

At the time I posted this I was under the impression that this was legit. Most likely a stem render.

@@blastbottlesThis is made by a channel now known as "Indie Blashpemy". He did song edits about Coldplay and Weezer but he was forced to remove the ones about Coldplay. One of them was this. His Coldplay edits are now circling in the music piracy communities.

@@Haydos Yes, there are a few of them. They mostly use torrenting or p2p.
