Not ID card. Ticket selling websites can take these measures: 1) One phone number/email can be used only for one account. 2) Single session policy: A user cannot open more than one session of the app at any time. 3) Set account age as a criteria for big ticket concerts. This will prevent people creating accounts just before a show. 4) One person can book only one ticket for a big ticket concert. 5) In case you have friends joining you in step 4, you can select them by their account after everyone booked. contiguous seat allocation should be done by the backend on first come first serve basis and viewing convenience. 6) Cancellation policy should be flexible. Bookmyshow can implement these very easily, but they WON'T. They want blackers to buy the tickets.

I became a huge Coldplay fan not many years before. I started listening to them in lockdown when I wanted to explore English music as a music lover. I really felt their music from the heart, the lyrics and music were so touching. I just loved them. They are my favourite band. When I came to know they were coming here, I became very happy but couldn't get tickets. I wanted to attend their concert at least once after watching on KZbin how beautiful they do it. But I couldn't get tickets. When I checked BMS, I didn't know there were so crazy Coldplay fans in India because tickets sold so fast. I didn't get it. Now I came to know about the ticket selling and social media trend. I feel sad but it doesn't matter. If I get a chance I will see them one day if it's written. I really love these guys, their music is very inspirational and loving. No matter if it's a live show or not, I Will always be their fan as their music will always be in my heart. Chris, Will, Guy, Jonny , be forever blessed to create beautiful music, I feel good to have heard at least their music 🙏. Coldplay is not just a band to see, they are creative musicians whose music is felt by music lovers.
